We can confirm that orders have continue to process successfully and this issues is resolved, thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this. A full RCA is in the process of being completed.

The backlog has now fully cleared and order processing has returned to normal speeds - we'll continue to monitor a higher proportion of sales before marking this incident as resolved.

Identified
We have seen issues with Gift Card processing this morning which resulted in orders being delayed for a number of our buyers - the issue has been identified and the engineering team are working through the backlog to get all orders processed. Although orders are now processing successfully we expect there to be some continued delays in processing until the backlog fully clears.

Our Engineering team have deployed as much additional infrastructure resource as possible to reduce further impact and get normal service resumed as quickly as possible.
