This incident has now been resolved, all affected URLs have been retrospective fixed, and service has remained stable for new transactions since 09:18 am UK.

Update
Our transaction monitoring has confirmed, that all new sales from 09:18 am UK today onwards remain unaffected.
We are awaiting final confirmation from our supplier that their fix to restore affected URLs is successful. Further updates will be posted here, as we know more and the incident considered resolved.

Monitoring
A fix has been implemented for all new sales, as such we have re-enabled the affected brands and will continue to monitor transactions to ensure there is no further impact.
A secondary fix is currently being tested to ensure that all affected URLs already delivered, will be corrected shortly. Further updates on this fix will be posted on this status page.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where some delivered gift card URLs are returning a “Page Not Found” error affecting multiple SEK & NOK brands as below;

Our team is urgently working with our supplier to identify the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
