A fix has been implemented. The brand has been switched back on and we will continue to monitor the transactions to ensure they are going through as intended.

We are aware of transactions for Waterstones failing and are investigating this with the processor.

The brand has been temporarily disabled whilst we work towards a solution.

We'll endeavour to get this brand back transacting as quickly as possible.
