A fix has been implemented by the processor. The brands have been re-enabled and we'll continue to monitor transactions to ensure they are going through correctly.

Investigating

We have been informed by the processor that Love2shop brands are currently failing or being delayed due to an outage on their side.

We'll work with them to identify the problem and get the brands back and transacting as quickly as possible.

The impacted brands are :

Love2shop Holidays UK
Love2Shop Rewards
