The supplier is implementing some planned upgrades to their production environment that will impact orders during this window.

While the maintenance window is in place orders will fail. Any end customers who have an existing eGift Card saved will be able to use the eGift Card but any accessing the live URL redemption link will be unable to do so during the maintenance window. A maintenance notification will be displayed.
