One of our processors will be conducting an upgrade to their systems, which will display a maintenance window. While the maintenance window is in place no orders will be processed, any orders placed during this time will receive an error response. Any end customers who have an existing eGift Card saved will be able to use the eGift Card but any accessing the live URL redemption link will be unable to do so during the maintenance window.
