On Thursday, 3rd July, at 5:00 AM, The Tilo Hub will be undergoing a scheduled reboot of all production databases as part of our planned maintenance window. This is necessary to apply critical updates to ensure the continued stability and performance of our systems. We expect a brief service disruption during this time, with downtime anticipated to be minimal, less than 30 seconds.
