Amazon are investigating this issue with some gift cards failing to load when attempting to be activated - so far this is only affecting a handful of customers.
This will only impact purchases made through the Amazon Employee Benefits product prior to it being disabled on the 31st Jan - product id: amazon-eb-uk

We are aware of an issue affecting Amazon EB UK where the link is currently unable to load the gift card. We are actively investigating this with the supplier and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
