A fix has been implemented by the processor. We will continue to monitor transactions to ensure that they are going through successfully before fully resolving this incident.

Investigating

We are seeing all transactions for the affected brands failing since 12:59, and have disabled these brands as a precaution whilst we continue to investigate the root issue.
