We have been advised that the issue is now fully resolved and all orders are now processing successfully.

We are seeing multiple orders failing across INR brands, the Supplier has been notified and is investigating as high priority.

Until the issue is resolved, we've disabled processing across INR brands so please do not place any further orders until we've had confirmation of a full resolution.
